After 8 years of camping I have decided to sell my motorhome. It is in great condition with a lot of high end features. I bought it 9-22-09 with 35,602 one owner miles. It has 52,100 as of 7-21-17. I moved to Arizona from Oregon so it just made a 1,300 mile trip non-stop with no issues. I put in luxury residential carpeting with 8lb pad underneath. Installed 1/2" high polished mahogany floors. LED driving lights. Solar panel and inverter. Leather J lounge sofa/sleeper. 32" flat screen TV. And digital round antenna. The features it already came with are solid oak cabinets, corian counter tops, double sink, hydraulic jacks, air bag suspension, 2 roof a/c units, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. On board Onan 6500 watt generator. Leather captain chairs with recliners, 6 way power on the drivers side. Gas and electric hot water heater option. Office desk area in the rear bedroom. Full length closet slide. Rear-view camera. Automatic steps that retract.The tires are at 80% rear, and 60% front tread remaining. The engine is the 8.1 liter gas V8 with a 5 speed Workhorse automatic transmission with manual overdrive lock out. 4 wheel anti-lock brakes. Dual rear wheel drive. Gas mileage for those interested on my last trip was 6.7 for the low, and 9.7 mpg for the high. This included going over the cascade mountains. Everything works as it should. There are no leaks, drips, or issues mechanically. The a/c was recharged on 7-18-17. It has power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, cruise control, am/fm stereo, intermittent wipers, rear ladder, new roof ac cover. All windows have awnings with the metal awning covers when rolled up. Cosmetically there are some light scratches/scuffs in the paint. No rust. Lots of cargo storage. Two of them are pass-throughs. The only reason I"m selling is because I bought a vacation home and won"t be traveling now. Please feel free to ask any questions. I do accept pay-pal for payment.
