Known Issues Carpers are old and have some staining The soap dishes in the shower are punched through. I currently have water proof tape covering them. Awning arms are dinged up but still function as they should scuffs on the exterior kitchen laminate floors have bowed a bit but ist simple to replace the tiles or whole floor There are traces in the ceiling fabric that it may have leaked at one point but it hasn"t since I"ve owned it in the last couple of years. Note: the roof has been sealed often normal wear and tear for its age
