My loss is your gain - I bought this for my family to enjoy around town here in Florida but it"s just not feasible with a newborn :(
This is a rare 2002 Chrysler GEM E825 from Global Electric Motorcars. This is not a golf cart, it"s a factory street legal low speed vehicle that Florida and other states allow on any street under 35mph.
This GEM is in amazing shape for its age and runs great - the previous owner said all 6 Trojan batteries are newer and it has brand new tires. It has front and rear lights, turn signals, brake lights, rear mirror, side mirrors, lit license plate holder, 2 shoulder seatbelts and a windshield wiper. It has 4 wheel hydraulic brakes, automotive suspension (shocks w/coil-over springs) and a horn. The rear has a removable storage basket and can be replaced with different attachments. The front dash offers an LED speedometer with charging state, blinker lights, 2 cup holders and a package tray for phones and such.
The interior is almost show room immaculate with zero wear to the seats or dash - everything works as it should. This GEM also comes the a hard to find side zipper doors and rear panel for driving in inclement weather that are easily removable and stored away - they are in pretty good shape as well. It has 2 speeds, Turf for golf course use (15mph) and Road for street use that goes 25+ It has a clean title and can be registered and retitled in FL or just used as a golf cart as well.
Polaris still makes these GEMs but they are crazy expensive and START at $11,000 - ours is well taken care of with minimal signs of wear.
