This is a 2002 four passenger Gem Neighborhood Electric Vehicle/Golf Cart. It is registered in CA and street legal for any street with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less. It can quickly reach over 30 MPH. The vehicle is in very good condition for its age. Everything works except the speedometer and windshield wipers. There is a built-in Kenwood Bluetooth stereo and amp which is paired with a pair of decent Polk speakers. It connects with your phone and sounds great. I also had the stereo wired to a separate battery with its own on-board charger (so that you can play music without fear of running down the main batteries).I have owned this Gem Car for less than three years. During that time, I have had all 6 deep cycle batteries replaced with correct golf cart batteries. I also had the electric motor rebuilt. The vehicle is stored in a garage.
