Vehicle description

2002 FREIGHTLINER FL80 DUMP TRUCK - This is a no reserve auction - If you are the high bidder you will be the buyer. 8.3 Cummins CNG engine - Condition is Used. Dallas-Ft Worth area Allison Automatic Transmission - Truck runs Great - Runs on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and is very clean burning. oil looks new after 5000 miles. I bought this truck 2 years ago to do a construction project in Midland, Texas where we have CNG fuel fuel stations available. There are a number of CNG stations in the DFW area but some places do not have CNG available, so make sure you can buy CNG in your work area before you bid. I have been told that this truck could be converted to diesel fuel, but I do not know anything about that . I do know that in the oil fields of West Texas a number of oilfield trucks are set up to run on both CNG and Diesel. Truck shows 34,000 miles total on odometer - Cold AC - aux pto driven air compressor - air brakes - air tailgate - air ride seat - (2) 6 ft enclosed tool boxes - new steer tires - 80% rear tires - 37000 # gross weight - Title shows empty weight 14500# but the actual empty weight is about 20,000 pounds - 13 ft dump bed - Truck was purchased new by the City of Santa Monica California - Extremely clean frame and body with no corrosion or rust at all - based in dry west Texas last 2 years - CNG fuel about 25% less cost than diesel per mile - new CNG tanks installed last year - truck runs great and ready to work. Located in Graham Texas. Buyer to make $1000. Deposit within 48 hours of auction close by wire transfer or overnight USPS money order and pay entire balance due for truck within 7 days of auction close. I accept Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or USPS money orders, Truck will be released to buyer after payment clears. I drove this truck for the last two years myself and it is a workhorse and a tremendous value for your money. I no longer need the truck and I am about to have to renew my CDL and get another physical and I don’t need a CDL except to drive this truck so I am letting it go really cheap. You will not be disappointed.
