This listing is for one 2002 Four Winds Majestic 23A RV. I have a neurological disease and can no longer drive or use this RV. I have medical bills, with more on the way, and my wife has not worked since March. I need to sell this RV as soon as possible.

KNOWN PROBLEMS & ISSUES Registration - The 2020 California DMV registration has been paid. The RV needs to have a smog check to complete the registration. I had the battery replaced and the computer needs to be reset. It just needs to be driven around until the computer resets.
Generator - The generator was serviced just before I purchased the RV. It started and ran fine. I tried to start it last fall and it would turn over but not start. I do not know what the problem is.
Generator - The generator exhaust pipe came loose. It needs to be reinstalled.
Leak - There is a small leak over the shower when it rains. There is a seam on the roof which needs to have some lap sealant applied. This is an easy fix and the lap sealant is included with the RV accessories. I cannot use a ladder and am not able to perform this repair myself.
