| “it is in good condition the engine is a v10 triton on a ford e450 chassis with 3200 miles. the generator has 600 hours on it. there are some flaws, there is some delamination on side, photos taken, the side door has been repaired the awning is ripped there is a split in the tile floor and I cut a hole in the inside by the delamination to see if there was any unforeseeable damage. there wasnt so I tapped it back togeather, and the interior furniture is in good condition.” |

bought this to live in while our home was being repaired. had it repaired with new brakes calipers front end work alignment and a nys inspection. filled it up with gas and was ready for a trip. family matters changed and now we have to sell it. its a 31 ft sunseeker on a ford 450 frame with a triton v10 engine with 32000 miles mechanically excellent interior very good but does have a few flaws. has some delamination but no leakes. cut a hole in the interior to check but found no damage tapped hole there is a rip in floor in rear the awning is ripped and the side door and lock has been repaired. the generator has 600 hours on it and does work. slide also works. any other questions just ask
