We purchased it to live in and did so for about two months, after which we cleaned it out and winterized it. I keep it up and check it regularly: I replaced one tire this year due to splitting, and I replaced the battery on 9/14/2017. I have never pulled it, but had a friend deliver to where it sits now, however I recently hooked the light/brake cable to my truck and checked all lights and signals. Everything was working at that time, but it is the buyers responsibility to make sure they still do when picking up. The brakes did not send an error to my truck, so I am assuming that all wiring is good there, but once again, I will make no guarantee. The awning needs replaced and is shredded, but all other hardware appears to be present. We are located in West Texas and we are in the middle of a drought, as such, there may be dirt and sand on the exterior and possibly interior due to sandstorms, I do my best to keep it clean, but sometimes you just can"t stop the dust, so once again I do not guarantee or warranty the cleanliness when you arrive. HOWEVER, we are non-smokers, as were the previous owners and we also did not allow our pets inside. Camper has been stored outside so it is faded, however appears to be in overall good and sound condition with normal wear and cosmetic damages from use on an item this age, reasonable scuffs, dings, repairs in my opinion. Remember it is the buyers responsibility to determine soundness of item. I extended the slide outs at the beginning of July this year and everything worked correctly at that time.
NADA Guides list a comparable item to this on "Average" retail at $7,800. As such, I think we are listing at a fair price however, look forward to any reasonable offers.
