Up for auction is a LOW MILEAGE 2002 Fleetwood Terra 37" Class A Motorhome with 1 Slide Out and a Ford Gas Engine and 6 NEW TIRES! It has an one awning in excellent condition, outside power outlets, 6 Gallon water heater, Onan Gas Generator newly serviced (2016) with only 70 hours on it. It has power gear leveling jacks , it has a geometric pattern fabric with no tears and in good condition, it has blue carpeting that has signs of wear and dash panel with wood-grain dual cup holders, tilt, cruise, A/C, CD player, front curtain, TV and CD Player, dual cabinets up front with etched mirrored glass fronts. The Captains Chairs recline and swivel to face the back for entertaining. It has a blue cloth chair behind the bucket seats with seat belt and swivels, valances and blinds on all windows and a geometric pattern sofa bed with matching dinette area that also converts to another sleeping area. The dinette table is showing signs of age on the trim only. The kitchen has a sink with upgraded spray faucet , Atwood 3 burner gas stove/oven combo, new microwave (you install), cabinets both front and back, large pantry with option of extra closet and removable shelves, gas refrigeration, drawers, linoleum flooring. It has roof A/C with duo-therm climate control and hall way double closets with mirrored doors and two accordion doors for privacy. The bathroom has a door, linoleum floor, sink with vanity and vanity lighting and cabinet, shower with curtain, skylight, towel holders, small pantry cabinet and dual above toilet cabinets and a non working fan (never serviced) and vent that works fine. The toilet works fine and has a minor crack in the back that weakens it but does not interfere with operation. The bedroom has an accordion door for privacy, queen bed (RV standard size queen) with never used 4 inch added foam topper and is extremely comfortable, dual ½ size nightstands, two mirrored closets, draws, two mirrored cabinets above the bed, three full windows and under bed storage. Overall good condition inside and out with average wear for a until this age. The back top bar was backed into a tree and has dents and this could be easily replaced. The carpet has wear. The exterior awning over the slide is deteriorated. With only 19K Miles the engine has plenty of life left on it and is like new! IT IS VERY RELIABLE, A WORKHORSE. This vehicle is located near Clarksburg WV and is registered in Virginia and can be viewed on Chenowith Drive in Clarksburg, WV until further notice, it is being shampooed for its new owner. The pictures show the carpeting prior to cleaning. You are buying this from the original owner.
