2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36R ~~ in Las Vegas, NV ~~ $9,000 obo. Clear & Clean Nevada Title. This Class A motorhome has 77,500 miles. Needs a water pump and thermostat, engine temp sensors; runs well with water filled-up. Needs two new header gaskets, ideally.
8.1 Liter 496 cu. in. Vortec V8 engine, 5-speed Allison transmission, Banks Power Management. Queen bed/couch white leather, white leather seats, recliner and queen couch, walls and dual curtains are very fine, mint naughahyde ceilings. Interior lighting is excellent; one small lamp to connect in master BR. Good in-dash stereo. Back-up camera with in-dash monitor. No television video monitors, rooftop antenna. New fan assembly in one of two rooftop A/C"s; one needs freon charge; dash air was excellent; needs freon charge. Overhead Dash Fans. Body is very straight. 36.5 feet long, 11"8" tall, 6 excellent wheels and tires (tandem rear). Workhorse chassis clean, never any rust.
2 Slideouts, full body length, working well. Good cabinets throughout. One-Touch power awning. Interior needs carpet strip replaced, two drawers fixed, small panel and small closet door replaced. Full kitchen,unused range, giant microwave, g ood propane system, never used, good linoleum, overhead fans, Norco double-door fridge needs pc board, Corian countertops, and good, full bathroom with standup shower, large skylight, overhead fan . Needs pressure valve and pipe replaced to water tank.
Good rooftop A/C, one needs freon charge, dash A/C needs freon charge. New Optima Red Head 12-volt battery and 2 good deep-cycle 6v marine batteries for auxiliary power. Good power steps. Good service panel, lighting Roof very good with ladder, antenna, accessories including airhorns. Many manuals included.
