UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS 2002 FLEETWOOD PACE ARROW MOTOR HOME. This motor home was sitting inside of a building that had a roof fire. The motor home doesn’t smell like smoke. You would’ve never known it had any problems other than the melted covers on the roof. The air conditioner covers were melted (but have since been replaced with brand new covers) therefore it is a salvage title. The air conditioners still function properly. There is some bubbling in the wrap on the driver side. Please refer to the photos for close up details. There is some spots on the carpet behind the drivers seat that look to be a little faded. This unit has been well taken care of. The furniture is in really good condition. If you have any question please feel free to ask. Please look over the pics for details.
