| “This motorhome has 76,000 miles on the GM Vortec 8.1 liter engine on the GM Workhorse chassis, with the 5-speed Allison automatic transmission and Banks Power Mgmt System. I bought a 1-year Platinum Plus bumper-to-bumper extended warranty from Star RV, through the dealer from So. California, who sold me this coach. It is good throgh April 1, 2018; I have not used it, and it is fully transferable to any new owner. The deductible is $200, and applies once on any batch of claim items presented upon one phone call report. The coach needs the Norcold fridge repaired or replaced, seals around the fresh-water tank repaired (to hold up to city water pressure of 40 to 50 psi with pressure-reducing hose valve for hose), and some brief attention to the propane heating up fresh water on board. I had a repair man gide me through the whole propane system which is clean and intact; we turned off the tank at the head of the system for summer; well-covered by the ext warranty w much else --” |

76,000 miles. Star Rv Platinum Plus bumper2bumper extended warranty w $200 deductible per phone report of 1 to many claims, placed at same call with Star Rv. Coach needs Norcold fridge repaired or replaced, freshwater tank seals to hold 40 - 50 psi from city water hose (I have 2 inline valves for hose which reduce pressure. Now, dash a/c needs freon charge. These items are covered by extended warranty.
The overhead fans for pilot seats work fine, as does the dash stereo. The coasch is wired for TV"s, but needs 2 of them for living room and bedroom. There is a good Winegard antenna and coax patch panels around the interior and in the utility basement. Many good-sized, not throughway, basements.
New Optima Redhead Gel battery I put in, good 6v aux deep cycle batteries, 6 new tires; 36R model is 36.5 ft long, GM Vortec 8.1 Liter engine, 5-speed automatic Allison transmission, Banks Power Mgt System, 30-Amp Service, 4 powered levelers, 2 Slideouts, 1-Touch Power Awning, White Leather Pilots" Seats, Recliner & Queen Convertible Sofa, Queen master bed, Corian counters & wooden cabinets throughout.
Needs better carpet and real tiles. Dealer plastic is still on half of the carpet in the LR and the BR. Bathroom is one "room" big standup shower and skylight. Giant microwave; range never cooked on; propane system clean & intact, off for summer. Needs muffler, not covered by ext. warr.
Full platinum plus extended warranty good till April 1, 2018; fully transferable; still unused. 6 New tires, new Optima Redhead Gel Battery, 76,000 miles on GM Vortec 8.1 Liter engine, 5-speed automatic Allison transmission, Banks Power Mgt System, GM Workhorse Chassis. Needs muffler (not covered), Norcold fridge repaired or replaced and freshwater tank seals (covered). Needs better carpet (maybe covered) & good tiles, not linoleum (probably not covered). Propane system good & clean; propane tank turned off for summer; generator is clean & quiet Onan 5.5 kw with only 225. hours; body, paint and decals good and original, no collisions or deterioration; light fading of a bit of green decaling.
