SOME WATER CAME IN FROM AN OPEN VENT IN THE SHOWER DURING A STORM LAST SUMMER, PART OF THE SHOWER CEILING IS PEELING AND SOME WATER GOT ONTO THE BATHROOM SINK SEPARATING SOME LAMINATE AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. no mold smell etc. . there is a small piece of rubber around the perimeter of the shower window that is partially peeling off from when water got in. the rv does not come with a generator. i had a small honda i used with t i do not have any more
this is my personal RV
from my memory it gets 9-15+ MPG depends how you drive it and terrain etc.
it can be driven in its current state but the brakes need to be bled in the back. you need to tap out the bleeder screw in the calipers or install new calipers and bleed. expect brake pads & rotors to be rusty, they are original & i would personally have them replaced if you are replacing the tires, which are original.
i just drove it myself about 50 miles a few weeks ago. it drives well except for the soft brakes.
if the winning bidder does not come through (no contact, does not have funds etc. .) i will go down the list of bidders and make 2nd chance offers offering at each bidders high bid price with the same terms and conditions of sale. i am a motivated seller.
