We purchased it to keep for personal use and then after we looked at all the gear and items, like golf carts, that we carry when we go we decided it was too small for the amount of stuff and people that we have with us. If we ever decide to downsize and simplify our life, or until all the kids and their friends are grown, we will definitely buy a similar sized unit. Built on a Ford F550 chassis, the Mirada offers a spacious floorplan with rear master bedroom and 2 slide outs. This is a great running and with recent maintenance RV. The powerful 6.8L V10 gas engine and automatic transmission makes driving this one great on the highway. With the gas powertrain the maintenance and upkeep will be much lower then on a diesel. The interior is in nice shape for the age with minimal wear and use. There are 2 AC units (only one can be used at a time based on 30A system), LED lighting, shower, bathroom, water tanks, water pumps, and much more.
