Up for sale is my 2002 Forest River Georgetown Class A Motorhome. I bought this from my uncle a few years ago who had it since new. It is a great rig and has given us lots of great memories- we are looking to upgrade which is the only reason we are selling. We put her through a complete interior remodel, removing the old carpet and replacing with luxury vinyl plank, and luxury carpet in the bedroom. We also painted all the walls and cabinets, replaced all the lights with LED, and added flat screen TV"s. All fabric seats were recovered with modern designs. We added a custom couch that becomes a second queen bed. We replaced the old school BW back up camera with a new one, and upgraded the stereo as well. This year I sent her in for service- we ended up replacing all 6 rotors, brakes and the master cylinder. Also rebuilt all the leveling jacks and hydraulic system- this upgrade was over $10,000.00 and I have the receipts. The tires have about 8,000 miles on them, so plenty of life left. This rig also has an Onan generator onboard, starts and runs great. There is a washer/ dryer combo unit onboard that I have honestly never used, but it appears to be in excellent condition. New CB installed. Automatic retractable stairs- new in 2018. The rig is powered by a Ford Triton V10 with 58,000 miles- I routinely tow a trailer with this unit, and it includes the towing package. Overall this is a great unit for someone who wants an entry level price on a sweet Class A to see the country with.
