This is the rare Bunk bed option made to order. Perfect for a young family. Bunks are for kids, not adults. We are the 2nd owner for 5 years. We traveled to swim meets with our girls about a dozen times. Wish we had it when they were younger. Everything is in good working condition and clean. Big tires make it safer and higher off the ground. New toilet just installed. 2 propane tanks. If you have been looking for a Casita this is a good one. First owner kept it garaged in AZ. We cleaned off old faded decals and polished gelcoat and caulked and sealed with new screw buttons. We bought new decals, but after all the work of cleaning off old ones we didn"t want to put them on. Next owner can decide.
