Ford E 450, Triton V10, automatic, electric windows, electric heated mirrors,cloth seats, roof air conditioning with heat pump for heating and heated water storage tank and 30-amp power cord. *New Michelin Radial Tires in September 2019, drove to the east coast and back, only 4000, miles on new tires. 37,115 original vehicle miles. Smoke free condition, *New 14-foot awning , rear backup camera, satellite system, flat screen TV, VHS and DVD player included. Complete towing hitch and braking system for flat towing. External side decals need some minor care, a couple small body dings from previous owner. The small damaged areas aren"t as bad as the pictures make it look. If you have a little or some talent, you can fix easy. Exterior paint is great condition. No engine oil or water leaks, Lots of storage, full tank of fuel and propane tank, 4000 Onan generator *New vehicle battery, doorbell,outside, inside temperature sensor . Windshield protective cover for outside included and tire covers. F our deep cycle batteries that control slide out and generator are getting weak, probably need replaced, both slide and generator still work fine. First owner removed external radio and speakers, because they didn"t use. Unit has been serviced since trip, oil filter & oil change.
