Vehicle description
* *THE BUY IT NOW PRICE DOES NOT COME WITH THE GENERATOR. IF YOU WANT THE GENSET, ADD $3500 TO THE PRICE* *
This RV is great for someone that wants to do a full gut out, and totally redo the inside. It has been lived in for the past 9 years. The lady had cats, and the smell of urine is terrible. On the scale of 1-10 with 10 being bad, its a 15. There are signs of water leaks in the sealing, and on the slideout. The floor is soft in the hallway. The tires hold air, but have dry rot, and will need to be replaced. The engine smokes due to a bad injector (easy fix). Tranny works good. There is a hydraulic hose leak, so your fluid will run out on a long trip. I drove is 60 miles, but would probably need to fix the hose if I drove it any further. I haven"t even opened the bays because I"m scared of what I"ll find. The awnings are missing too. The roof needs to be resealed. It does have good bones, but the interior needs to be stripped out and replaced. It was lived in up to last week. I just bought it for the genset. I will have it removed when the winning bidder decides if they want to pay extra for it or not. THE BUY IT NOW PRICE IS FOR THE RV MINUS THE GENSET. For about $10k, you could make this into a very nice modern RV. If you have any questions, please call me at 919-796-9892. I would not drive long distance without replacing the hydraulic hose, tires, and the injector. Fix those, and it can go anywhere. I can arrange to have the work done before pickup at the buyers expense.
