Basically really needs a complete, thorough deep cleaning. Floor seems solid and no evidence of major leakage. Some unusual modifications such as 12 volt outlets added in odd places and novel lighting additions to the staircase and entry way, etc. This would be a great project unit and definitely worth a handyman's effort for the right person.
