I baught this with intentions of camping but with a new born we do not have time to go , the guy I got it from said everything works, I have not hooked water up to it because with it being cold I didn"t want it to freeze , I did plug it in and ac turns on and furnace blows there are not any leaks that I am aware of I did replace roof vents because they looked brittle and did not want them to cause problems in the future if anyone has questions fill free to call or text me 618780564one I will accept cash only and it will have to be picked up at its current location also I put a gooseneck adapter on it that will not go with it , I barrowed it from a friend to get home, it"s around 27 feet long I believe and I also think it could be towed with a half ton .
