MECHANICALLY: - The 300 horsepower 24-valve Cummins 855 turbo diesel engine has served us well even when pulling a trailer - Glow plugs work well - I had a new fuel lift pump installed - New serpentine belt - New fuel filter. - Oil & oil filter have about 9,000 miles on them - The engine does not use oil. - Front tires have about 9,000 miles on them. The back 4 tires have about 50% tread - The exhaust brake works well- awesome for going down hills on the interstate. - Air brakes work well - The hydraulic leveling jacks work great. - The air ride suspension (front and back) is great. - The RV has about 47,552 original miles on it. - It has a 106-gallon water tank. - It has a 55-gallon propane tank.
SLIDEOUTS: -The bedroom slideout operates flawlessly - The living room slideout is not perfect but works.
INTERIOR POWER ITEMS: - Both of the big overhead A/Cs work awesome and very cold. The heat from the furnace was more than sufficient on cold mornings. The fridge, freezer and ice maker work well both on electric or propane. The stove burners work well. The microwave is an oven as well. - We have never used the washer/dryer, however it looks in really good condition. - The stereo works well- the speakers are located throughout the RV. The water pump works well. - The fans for the driver work well. The circulating fan in the ceiling in the middle of the RV is amazing when it"s not too hot or to pull cool air inside at night. It is totally controlled by a switch- whether you pull air in or out. The speed of the fan is adjustable as well. - The hot water heater works well. - The power platform that covers the front door steps while going down the road works well. The screen for the camera at the back of the RV works well. - The brake controller for pulling a trailer works well.
INTERIOR NOTES: - The bed in bedroom is queen size- bedding is included. - The hide-a-bed is full size. - There is room for 2 people to sleep on the floor between table and kitchen (2 of our kids slept there) with the pillows from the table benches. - There are reading lights that do not blind the driver at night. - The floor has some scratches where the slideout overlaps the living room floor. The driver"s and passenger"s seats both swivel 360. The driver"s seat is fully electric except for the reclining back and swivel.
OUTSIDE POWER ITEMS: The step for front door works well. A 25" 50 amp cord is included.
OUTSIDE: A sewer flexible hose is included as well as a short garden hose.
GENERATOR: The diesel generator starts up flawlessly.
CLEAR TITLE: There was some damage to the right front side of the Rv which was fixed before we bought it. It does drive straight- no pulling to either side. The tires wear evenly as well.
MISCELLANEOUS: - The front windshields have cracks in them and I caulked the right top side of the windshield where the seal was not quite up against the windshield - This motorhome is definitely not new, however for being 17 years old it is not too bad. - I have done my best to describe the RV.
