2001 Monaco Monarch 34 foot Motor Home with super slide out . . Leveling jacks all work . . huge basement storage with pass through compartments . . 2 roof air conditioners, both work great, one new 2 years ago . . refrigerator with ice maker . . water heater is gas and electric . . TV is 3 year old flat screen . . all lighting upgraded to bright LED . . toilet upgraded to house style seat and ceramic bowl . . queen bed with huge underneath storage . . 6 foot long clothes hanging closet across back . . all tires in Excellent Condition front steering tires have only 2 years and about 4000 miles on them, rear tires about 5 years and less than 15000 miles . . a few stains here and there on ceiling and carpeting . . main flooring was replaced about 5 years ago but is starting to show some wear and curling, some replacement planks are included . . no pets and no smoking . . bought a newer smaller motor home so want to sell this one . . priced to sell quickly, so please ask any and all questions before purchasing or offering . . can provide more pictures of whatever you desire . . we are having trouble with dreamers, and boys without permission from their wives not following through on their purchase . .
