Very well maintained 2001 Lance 845 Truck Camper. The unit is self contained. It Fits full size short bed and long bed trucks, half tons included (It is lite weight for a hard side unit). I would say this unit is an 8 out of 10 hands down. Excellent shape.

Very clean and well taken care of unit. I am the second owner. It was bought from a friend of mine. No pets. Adult owned and used by single male with no kids. The roof is solid and clean, NO LEAKS/rot/soft spots. Camper was always pared inside, summer and winter. I am available to show the camper anytime. You will have to meet me at my property in Lexington, KY. If you know truck campers you know this unit is highly sought after.
