2001 Keystone Hornet fifth wheel camper. Model 255R. This camper just cleaned and ready for a new home. I have lived in it all year long, all seasons, for the last three years. I bought a new house and passing this on to someone else. It is a nice camper and can be Titled for travel. The damage is fixed, and ready to pass inspection, no problem, and has a clean salvage title in hand, this ones easy if you can pull it, get inspection, get regular title. Save lots of money. It would also be nice for all year round campground or guest house. Insulation value, is surprising, It stays toasty, even without plastic on windows. Furnace worked good for me the last 3 years, started making occasional wining or squealing noise late in the winter. Just made it through. It works, but Needs looked at. The Ac works. It has a thermostat, and has fan option also, for those nice nights to circulate the air.The refrigerator also did the same thing as the furnace, went out in February or March. Believe it needs refilled. Its clean, it runs, just not getting cool. it runs on propane or on electric,. Microwave and propane stove work, has pretty big oven with a rack, and three top burners, has fold down top to set things on, when not using it, has kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower/sit down tub. All have good faucets, and tub has reachable shower sprayer, and faucet, drain plugs for all, all are clean, has toilet, its clean, it works, no leaks what so ever in any plumbing, drains, or holding tanks, always been winterized, even when we lived in it for winter, I went down road to take a shower, used a water dispenser machine, and had water turned off for winter, you could put on skirting. And duct work runs under floor, and heats floor as well as water lines. Bottom is nicely factory enclosed well. Has water heater, water heater works, runs off of propane, or electric, electric heating element must of got burnt up before I got it, but heats on propane still. Mini water tank. Windows all work good, open close lock, and all have good screens, has three vents, one in bathroom, one in kitchen, one in bedroom, they all work, and all have screens, they also have heavy duty roof vent covers on top the vents themselves, you can leave open and no water gets in at all, even in rain, and windy. and protects them from elements, and traveling. They are after market, and very nice to have. Has a fan above stove, it works. All lights work, some need new bulbs. Radio works, it has surround sound, Switch between speakers, to play in living room, kitchen, or bedroom, can plug your tv in, and use it as audio for surround sound, has cable outlets, and digital antenna with amplifier for better signals. Nice sound. Has a slide, it works, new outside seal put on two years ago. This camper has tons of storage, outside compartments, inside compartments, and tons of cabinets, all nice cabinets, no bad spots, and clean, It has two upper big storage cabinets above kitchen sink and counter, cabinets are all good size. Has a long one by floor in kitchen, has space under the sink. Has a full pantry with multiple shelves in it, its huge for a camper. Has three kitchen drawers. Plenty of counter space. Has nice sturdy table, with bench seats, all nice and cushioned, cushions in good shape, and back cushions, very comfortable, plenty of leg space. storage under both bench seats. all nice and clean, been vacuumed and really cleaned good, the whole camper, every nook and cranny, no bugs, no pest. The table comes apart and wedges in between the bench seats to make a bed, the bedroom on top fifth wheel has big bed with two mattresses, one can go there when needed. believe they are full size. There is storage under the bed in the bedroom as well. The bedroom has two nightstands with drawers, one on each side of the bed, has multiple cabinets above the bed. Has a foldout tv stand with the cable plug and outlet right there. This camper has good amounts of outlets, and outlet outside as well. All outlets work. Couch folds into bed. There is a safety window in living room and bedroom for easy out if needed. All screens keep this camper bug free. All duct work is good. The floor is solid and even, no soft spots. Carpet is clean. Could use carpet cleaned with a carpet cleaner, but clean. Linoleum on floor is good. Has huge clothes closet with a rod for hanging clothes, with extra storage drawer under that. Has three mirrors if you like mirrors, one on entering, one on each closet door, and bathroom cabinet door. Has slide on bedroom, for privacy. Has a built in cabinet under radio, and has one above it as well. Has some nice shelves and counter space there also, has screen door, and main door, have keys, they all lock, has latch holds main door open and from swinging on windy days, has foldable metal steps, they are all good, they fold in for travel, put slip proof sandpaper on them, has a handle to grab coming in, works as a handrail for support. This camper has an awning also for shade. The tires have good tread, and no dry rot. nice tires. This camper pulls straight. The underside is factory wrapped. Frame, suspension, and axles good, no rust, it also comes with a heavy duty built in hitch in the back to tow a car dolly, small trailer, motorcycle, ect. It has two motorized legs in front for easy quick leveling, runs off of battery, battery charges while plugged in with the cord, or plugged in on vehicle. Has two attached leveling jacks on rear also, they are hand turned, they work. This is a nice camper for this price, needs a little tlc, but not much, it will come with a key for the door, two propane tanks, extra jacks to stabilize the slide for long term use, four of them, spare tire, brand new cover, owners book, and owners manuals for every single appliance in the camper, and camper itself, got a whole thick folder, just for that kinda stuff. Camper has a transferable salvage title, it has been fixed, and can take it to the DMV and get a regular title, nothing wrong with it. Just went back to the property the other day, everything is nice and dry, it does need a top coat and some calking done, screws checked, basic maintenance for a camper, it has a small drip that only happens when it really poors down rain for days, no smells, no mold, its clean and dry. No bad spot on the ceilings, but its there, I just havnt narrowed it down. Ive neglected it the past three years after getting hurt at work. Brand new cover comes with it, its never been used, and still in packaging. No surprises here, and this camper is easily worth what I am asking. Been brutally honest here. Save money on this one. Camper is in Wv, let me know if you want to look at it. I will meet you there if you are serious about buying. First 3200 will take this camper, you wont find a better deal. I have title in hand.
