The Bad/Ugly: The wood flooring in kitchen is missing a few squares The shower has metal flashing tape to protect it from moister The bathroom skylight allowed water to seep into the shower and corner of the living room roof. The Skylight has been replaced, the roof was resealed and reattached, and we had additional fasteners added ever 6 inches down the full 35ft length of the roof to insure no future issues would occur. Generator needs to have the carburetor cleaned The outside decals are cracked and peeling. *These "bad/ugly" items could have been easily covered up to hide the truth but we believe in being straight forward and honest with everyone to insure there are no surprises after your purchase.
Extras: Homemade outdoor screen room that incloses the outside shader. This is great for dinning outside while escaping any hungry flies. Vehicle Tow Bar for pulling a car behind your new RV Homemade wood and carpet stairs that disassemble for storage and easy travel Sway bar installed
Reason for selling: We are a young couple that just purchased our first home so we dont have much time to travel anymore. We used the RV for a few great vacations but realized that it would have a better life with a family that would use it regularly. We would really hate to see it sit on our property and collect dust. Please help us find our RV a new loving home, Thank you for your time
This same year make and model with 97,000 miles sells for $25,000 without all of the upgrades so we think we have a fair and competitive price
