Rv is in good shape for it"s age. We have had it for the past 6 years and used it to go on 4 to 5 trips per year. It has around 30,000 miles on it, and this may increase slightly if we go on another trip. 6.8L V10 Gas engine. Previous owner did many upgrades to the RV. He changed all 3 televisions to flat screens. He changed out the clothe seats to vinyl seats. The microwave was changed to a convection oven. Heat strips were added in addition to the regular heat. Air ride suspension was added. CB radio was added. Surge protector was added. The water heater is set up to work on gas or electric. There is a combo washer and dryer. We have never used it because we only went on weekend trips. The leveling jacks are automatic and are controlled from right next to the driver seat. This RV has a driver"s side door which makes getting in and out, and setting up extremely easier. The RV has an onan generator. The RV was serviced every other year. Color back up camera. Tow hitch. 6 new tires were installed 3 years ago. New rear A/C unit installed last year.Some issues:The stitching on the awning that covers the slide out (not the main awning on the passenger side) is starting to come apart and the awning will need to be re-stitched at some point. There are some streaks and stains on the aluminum body (worst staining in on the entry door). The rear roof ladder is slightly bent. It is still secured and does not leak. It is just a little bent. The passenger slide motor must be getting tired and some times needs a little push. It still works, it just needs help once in a while. The speedometer does not work. Other gauges work, just not the speedometer.This is a used RV. Inspection is highly recommended.
