This is a 2001 Holiday Rambler RV with a Cummins 8.3L Diesel engine, Allison 3000 automatic transmission, two slideouts, dual heat and AC units, washer dryer (BRAND NEW), etc. This RV is worth about $40k in good condition. But. .this one is NOT in good condition. The engine is blown (there is a hole in the block). A replacement engine is between $2000 and $5000. Labor to replace it would be an additional $5000, so it"s not worth it for me. Not only that but its not in the best condition inside and out. I WOULD RATE THE INTERIOR A 6, AND THE EXTERIOR A 7 OUT OF 10. A cabinet is missing beside the sofa, the front door won"t stay shut, the flooring has been replaced but by someone inexperienced, no radio, and other cosmetic issues. There is no water damage I can tell, but there is wear and tear all over, so I"m selling it as is. The TVs and AC"s work fine. It has leveling jacks, but I didn"t test them.
* The Onan quiet diesel 7500 generator is NOT included at the auction price, as I plan to keep it for myself. I can include the genset installed for an additional $3500 on top of the winning bid. So just to repeat, the generator is NOT included. You will need to pay $3500 for it to be included at the auction ending price. The genset runs good and has 5010 hrs.
* I DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE! The seller told me he had applied for a duplicate, but hasn"t received it yet. I"ve been waiting a month, but he still says he hasn"t gotten it, so assume you wont get it, and if you do, then good!
