For sale is a Holiday Rambler Admiral 30D (made by Monaco), 30" class A motorhome, built on a Chevy Workhorse chassis (gasoline engine) with 81k miles. It has one convenient slideout that extends the bedroom so you can walk around all 3 sides of the queen bed. The bedroom is totally useable even with the slideout not extended - great for boondocking. It runs and drives great. It is registered with South Dakota plates. It is currently located in Oceanside, CA.
We bought it a little over a year ago with the intent of living in it full time, but now have different life plans, so we are selling it. The interior is clean, in great condition, and everything works! The exterior does show its petina - sun fading, a few dings and scratches, but nothing major - I would describe the exterior as being in OK condition. When we bought it, we invested a considerable amount getting it in tip-top condition. The entire roof was re-sealed (it has a full aluminum roof), all the windows were resealed, the elctrical system and plumbing systems were upgraded, brand new tires and brakes all the way around, and new flooring throughout. The entire coach was gone over and anything that needed attention was taken care of. This is a solid motorhome and it is ideally setup for 2 people.
