Need space for the whole family to head out camping? A place to sleep in cool AC on hot days or be toasty on cool fall nights. I don’t believe that there are popups any larger than this. We are selling our well-loved camper. It has been used, but it’s in good condition for its age and very clean, not exposed to cigarettes, etc. This camper can be pulled by most vehicles as it weighs about 2300 lbs. This unit is ready to go! 2001 Forest River Flagstaff Pop-up - 12 foot box- about 21 feet with beds extended Forest River manual Very cold air conditioning unit in ceiling- factory installed Stereo / pair of speakers with USB plugin and audio jack Heater works very well -operates on thermostat Additional small space heater- electric Vented multi-speed fan Great canvas, no leaks but staining on one side of one bunk end due to our failure to close a vent over winter- all new canvas was installed in 2014. That end is strictly cosmetic- there are no problems with it and you will stay dry. Pictures included. Fiberglass body Fresh water tank (never used by us, but it’s there) We run direct water supply from hose. Propane tank Electrical outlets inside Three ceiling lights Outside light with electrical outlet Tinted window plastic and screens – like new All curtains and upholstery were cleaned 2017 (Machine washed)
