Vehicle description
2001 Fleetwood Enterprise Wilderness GL 305S fifth wheel gooseneck trailer. The inside is fairly clean. The small back left room was redone with white paneling as shown in the pictures. The mattress comes out and it would make a nice storage room if a person did not need the extra sleeping space. The trailer does not leak but does have a small hole next to the rear door as shown in the pictures. It also has a small amount of body damage near the slide. The long metal piece next to the slide can be ordered and replaced. The slide works perfect so the damage is mostly cosmetic. All the lights work, all the outside and inside cubicles work and are in fairly good condition, and the front power jacks work great. I also just bought a brand new deep cycle battery. I bought the trailer to use for storage but changed my mind and bought a cargo trailer and that is why I am selling this. I never had AC power or water hooked to this so I cannot say what items work and what items do not work when it comes to the items that use 110 volt AC power. The lines do have antifreeze in them so it looks like it is in a winterized condition but I cannot guarantee that there are no leaks in the water lines. The trailer is being sold completely AS IS with no guarantees on anything. As far as pulling the trailer down the road, the tires seem to be in good condition, all the lights work, and the goose neck is in very good condition. The goose neck is welded on to the front piece so if a person has a fifth wheel, they make an adapter plate that converts the goose neck to a king pin so a fifth wheel hitch can be used to pull the trailer. The adapter plate runs around $150 if I can recall correctly. Please do not bid on this trailer if you are not 100% sure that you want it. It is a nice solid trailer but it does have a number of issues as I stated. In addition, I cannot guarantee anything. More then likely, it is going to need some work to get it up to par and that is why I am not asking a lot of money for it. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about bidding on this to come look at it first so there will not be any surprises. I do have a clear title to it. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana but the trailer is at a storage area in Chesterfield, Indiana which is approximately 40 miles north of Indianapolis.
