Very nice 37ft camper with a HUGE Living area slide out NO RESERVE
This is a great camper Perfect for extra room or an in law suite or to roll across the country. The slide out really makes it big and roomy. There are seperate bedrooms at each end with closing doors so its very livable
Nice big master bedroom at one end with a comfortable queen bed and bed side tables/cabinets for storage Nice size bathroom with an extra large tub and shower Big slide out in the kitchen/living area with a nice couch and dinette area thatconverts to a bed as well Big bedroom at the other end of camper that was converted to laundry but can easily put a gueen bed or two single beds or even bunk beds back in. If you look at the pictures of front bedroom- you can see it"s a big sliding double door to close off that bedroom there"s a dresser in it and they had the washer and dryer in the closet. Plenty of cabinets and counter space in the kitchen with a nice clean stove and oven, big full size fridge, sink and microwave Some outside pictures are from where the camper sat for many years. It was used by an older couple who used it in the summers. Picture show two nice big awnings over the deck. If you look at the slide out it had kind of a roof built over it which we carefully removed before we moved the trailer. It was put on in a way that was very easy to take off without affecting the original structure of the camper. PLEASE SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES! It"s nice inside and very cozy
Floors and ceiling are in very good shape, cushions are nice and all very presentable NO RESERVE High bidder gets it

It"s not perfect but was well cared for and very nice Expect some cleaning and some minor maintenance, minor repairs but its ready to go camping Most of the windows and latches, emergency exits, most screens etc. are in good condition Trailer tows nicely. Frame is very solid Axle and springs are in good shape. Tires are roadable, rims are good and bearings have been checked. I pulled it about 25 miles recently with no problems.
I towed it 25 miles recently with no problems and would not hesitate to tow it anywhere, any distance with a spare tire
