This is the top model for CC. It is in very good condition because it has been well maintained by my whole family. It is the all electric bed & breakfast model. That would include three rooftop AC/Heat pumps and heated floor. Powered by the very reliable Caterpillar C12 455hp with Jake break and the six speed Allison Transmission. New mirrors; batteries; AC compressor and Alternator. New skylight just replaced. Waxed every year to maintain a new appearance. 12.5 kv Onan generator with 1247 hours. Most maintenance records available for past 19 years. Six new LIFELINE batteries. This well built Bed & Breakfast model had a list price of $ 548,000 in 2001. The price to build it today would have a listing of $ 800,000 plus ? The automatic leveling system allows a quick setup in campground and promotes an incredible ride on the highway. My unit may appear to have high mileage, but when you do the math it is about 8200 per year! Caterpillar says to inspect the engine at 500,000! It’s not good for any coach to sit in storage for long periods, so don’t be tricked into buying a unit with low mileage.
