Light to tow, appx. weight 1500lbs. Clean. No odors. Canvas like new condition. 2 large (est. king or queen) Natural Comfort brand mattresses at either end. Sleeps 4 adults easily. Curved bars at either end to “pop” out sides present. Missing 1 of 2 ceiling bars, but does not significantly impact functionality. Living/dining area with couch, padded bench seating and folding table. Far table leg braced with strap, possibly missing a screw. Table unattached, can be repaired or replaced according to preference. Compact kitchen area with gas range, sink, and fridge. Convenient handle lowers stove/sink portion to floor for transport.
