Here I have a 2001 Coleman Utah Popup Camper with slide out. The camper is in good shape with no leaks. The camper has two king beds, sink area, toilet, dinette and a large slide down couch, when our kids were smaller we slept eight people. I have just coated the roof and put on a new closing gasket. Last year the squirrels got in and so there are a few patches in the canvas. The wood cabinet under the sink needs some repair, when I had the AC cover off some water got in and sat next to the cabinet, all the other cabinets and the floor are solid. The AC runs but does not blow cold, I think the Freon leaked out when a branch hit the AC during the winter, I have replaced the cover but not the unit. The unit tows well and I packed the bearings last year and all the lights work (it uses a four pin connector), it also has a brand new spare tire. I do not have any knowledge of the natural gas lines and what works and does not, I have never used them. Feel free to contact me with any questions or if you wish to see it in person.
