Class a diesel pusher motorhome. 2001 Itasca Horizon 36CD
Condition is Used. I am going to list this to the best of my knowledge. This is not my coach and I am selling it for a friend. Let"s start on the outside. Some of the windows awnings on them as you can see in the pictures. There are new slide topper fabrics on all the slide outs. The large awning has a metal wrap to protect the fabric and also has a new awning fabric. When I state new this is exactly what it is, all the new work has been done in the last couple months so the new items will have a warranty for the new owner to file in their name. The large awning is a manual awning, it opens and closes without any trouble. There is one electric step that also has a new motor on it. The front steering tires were new in 2019 with low miles that were put on them.
Now lets walk into the entry door. The driver and passenger seats are in good condition without any tears. There is carpet and tile throughout the coach. Once in the coach standing at the front between the seats you can look straight to the rear of the coach. On one side is a small swivel chair and a desk next to a large window. On the other side it the coach that does have a pullout bed in it. The kitchen table is next to the coach and also can be used as a bed. The kitchen is nice. It is very clean. There is a convection oven and a 3 burner gas stove top. The refrigerator is a brand new dometic with an ice maker. This will come with a warranty of 2 years. Next room is the bathroom. The sink is to the left with large mirrors and vanity. The shower is a corner shower and the toilet next to it. There is plenty of room in this bathroom. The bed is placed in the middle of the floor with room to walk on either side.
This is a very clean coach. It may have a little wear on the carpet but nothing that would need to be replaced.
The generator is a 7500 Onan. It starts and runs. I used it to run the AC while i was cleaning the coach. There is a roof mount AC, yes just one. There has been 2 fantastic fans that are also new installs with vent lids over both of them. There is also a spendi all in one washer dryer combo that is a brand new install and the warranty will be registered in your name.
The motor is powered be a Cat diesel engine.
The decals are looking good still with a little bit of weather check. I found a small spot on the windshield on the drivers side bottom that could be fixed by a glass expert. It is not a run just a small spot.The over the door awning is not operational right now so it has been tied up for moving. At this time all we could find is that there was no power going to it. Not sure if it needs replacing to repair. Havent looked into it . All of the compartments are clean a few of the shocks are weak but seem to work for the most part.
Then engine is not even hurt yet with it only having 120822 for miles. This coach starts and drives very well and would be a great purchase especially with all the upgrades and new items.
