We purchased this unit 2 years ago from an older couple that used it to winter in Alabama.We have had it on a seasonal site at a local campground and seldom use it, so have decided to sell it.It is in GOOD condition, but NOT great and NOT perfect. Has fiberglass exterior. The picture of it closed up, inside a building and hooked to the truck was taken after I had it power washed. It has been sitting under trees for 2 years, it needs washed again.The dinette set is a table and 4 chairs, NOT a booth that folds down for sleeping. There is a sofa sleeper and 2 lounge chairs. There is a washer and dryer cabinet with the hook ups, but NO washer and dryer. Everything works to the best of my knowledge, I put a new cooling unit in the refrigerator last year. Toilet room door is missing the handle, we never replaced because there are sliders on both sides of the bathroom area. A couple of the window shades are also broken, and I am sure a few other things. Under carriage is great with little to no rust. Includes cords, hoses and other camper related items we may have for it. NADA range is $6,450.00 to $7750.00. Starting price is $2K below low book. Personal inspection is welcomed and encouraged. Can deliver for a fee of $2.00 per mile, up to 300 miles. We will have to coordinate removal with the campground.
