2001 Casita Fiberglass Travel Trailer
We are moving. We cannot take this trailer with us.
This 16-foot Casita travel trailer is the Liberty Deluxe model. This model has a bathroom with a toilet, shower and holding tanks. The air conditioner is mounted in the front of the trailer next to the bathroom. This keeps the trailer height to just under 8 feet. If your home has an 8-foot high garage door, you can store this trailer inside your garage, ready to go. That is what I did. No trips to the storage lot.
This Casita model has a sink, a two-burner stove, a range hood, and a microwave. The 3-way refrigerator runs off of 12 volts DC, 120 volts AC, or propane. The water heater and the furnace run on propane. There are two propane tanks mounted under the tank cover in the front of the trailer.
This trailer can be setup with a large dining table, a double bed and a small table, two twin beds or one king-sized bed. The king-sized bed option is shown in the photos.
The trailer has not been modified. The original owners manual and other equipment manuals are included. I checked the operation of all equipment and it is working. The successful bidder will be able to verify that all equipment is working when they pick it up.
The exterior and all of the decals look nice. The awning has been repaired with blue tape on one side (see photo).
This trailer is ready to go camping.
The winning bid is a contract to purchase this 2001 Casita Travel Trailer as is. Returns not accepted. The trailer is located in St. Charles, MO 63304. Local pickup only. The buyer is responsible for transport arrangements. The buyer must remove the trailer within 10 days of the purchase. Failure to meet buyer requirements may result in cancellation of the purchase and forfeiture of the deposit.
