For sale is a 2001 Bluebird All American bus conversion, rear engine. It is a Cummins 5.9 Diesel Pusher, with Allison AT545 transmission. It is titled as an RV through the state of Indiana, as it has been mostly converted. It is framed, plumbed, and electrical (50 amp) ran and functioning. The floor has been rust treated, insulated, and covered with 3/4" treated plywood. The walls and cieling have been spray foam insulated, and all windows tinted. It is livable as is, but could use somebody with the motivation to finish the conversion. Needs propane lines ran, and cosmetic work like paneling, lower cabinets, and flooring. There is a big dent in the front where a drunk driver ran into it while parked at a campground. I dont have the tools to pull it out, but the damage is cosmetic, and does not affect function. There is a city water/hose inlet, and a 12v water pump, with fresh, black, and grey water tanks, with standard dump valve/septic hookup. There are tank heaters and pipe heaters under the bus, winter ready. Toilet, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink are functional. Shower base, drain, and supply lines are ran, just needs shower walls put up. The price includes appliances. (fridge, washer/dryer combo, AC, dehumidifier, microwave, 2 TVs, 5000watt electric heater, Blue Flame Propane heater, 6 gallon RV water heater, RV gas stove, microwave, and custom stereo) The heat and AC run off a standard thermostat. * Will drop the price by $3K if appliances are not wanted.The upper cabinets are in, and there are pull down curtains throughout the whole bus. There is a rooftop deck, with rear hatch access, could add outside ladder. Queen size bed in rear with 32" Roku TV, full size bed/couch combo in the front with 55" Roku TV, and 2 skylights in front living area. Also multicolored LED lights in living area and on rooftop deck.Runs and drives great, with about 115K Miles on it. Have all the service documentation from school district which owned it previously.
