| “This is a 2001 Class C Motorhome. Low mileage at 47,003 miles. Very clean, good mechanical condition, very functional unit. Fun to live in. The refrigerator operates on 110 electricity only. The gas generator has been removed (too noisy), but the compartment is ready for a new one that will be much quieter (new buyers may choose the model for themselves). As long as the unit is connected to a 110 power source, everything works like a charm. Strong heater (we used it this past winter in sub freezing temperatures in the snow with no problem; plenty warm). New awning, all maintenance has been kept up to date (roof, window seals, etc.). Front tires have lots of life left on them. Rear tires look the same, but Les Schwab tells me they should be replaced at some point fairly soon. New front brake pads recently installed. The unit is proper operating condition.” |
