Great RV for the money! Built with the best quality of VW and Winnebago.This RV is easy to drive and park, fits in many garages, and gets great gas mileage (around 18 mpg @ 55 mph). This particular unit is in very good condition inside, has nearly new tires, less than 100K miles, drives wells with plenty of power, and is ready to go! This was our dream camping vehicle and we will be sad to see it go.
This RV has seat belts for 8 passengers and sleeps 4. It has a comfortable, large full bed that turn into the dinette plus two of the captain chairs turn into a small full sized. It is fully self contained with a 2 burner propane stove, microwave, 3 way refrigerator (110V), two TV"s and DVD Player, satellite dish, Panasonic stereo with speakers throughout, flush toilet and shower, exterior shower. Other features found on this 2000 Rialta include. . V6 2.8L Volkswagen Engine on a Volkswagen Chassis, Gas Generator, 1 Non-Ducted Air Conditioner, Single Door, Main Awning, 2 deep-cycle batteries and a tow-hitch. It has large back window, which allows for excellent driving visibility and great to wake up to, while camping.
Cons: Paint is faded and decals are faded and some peeled, cracked windshield, driver and passenger seat have worn upholstery (currently using seat covers), two scuff marks on side (see photos), has a minor coolant leak. It had minor water damage to the ceiling upholstery, from prior owner (see photo), leaking has been repaired and we maintain the roof regularly and have had no leaking. Additionally, the transmission had minor delay from neutral to drive or reverse during cold weather (20 degree F). There were no problems with it in the spring or summer.
