Purchased this off of eBay, did all repairs and never used it. Just painted with a 3 year warranty. NEW - tires, batteries, windshield seal, shower heads/hoses, kitchen faucet, headboard, Mattress, bedding, propane alert, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and all interior lights were changed to LED. Painted inside. Changed all the cabinet hardware. Framed out microwave and refrigerator openings. Sealed skylight inside and out. Repaired ceiling around skylight and replaced all damaged wood (we purchased with an R title from a leak). Had RV completely checked and serviced. Has new Pennsylvania inspection and oil change. We fixed it up but it’s not big enough for our needs. We removed chair but we can bolt it back in. I believe we’ve done everything needed so selling as is. Thanks for looking.
