I am the 2nd owner(one other but that was the dealership go between when we bought it). We"ve owned it 11 or 12 years. We only took it on a few trips. 14,000 original miles, V-10 engine. We"ve had it parked on our getaway property for the last 3 years but find that we just don"t use it enough. It hasn"t been driven in a couple of years. The engine and drive train were in perfect working order but it doesn"t want to start right now. Has several accessories that are not working which I will list at the bottom. I had an RV mechanic come out and give it a once over and he said it needed $1500-$2000 to have everything tip top again and that all the problems are just from sitting(that mean you can fix it yourself for $500 or less if you know how). Very comfortable and still nice. .just need a little work and TLC. We are selling this super cheap just because we simply have no use for it. I am honest and will answer any questions but I"m not a mechanic or RV savvy guy. Has an AC up front with the engine and a big one in the bottom rear (works great just needs a thermostat)
* PROBLEMS: mechanic said engine needs tune up, fresh gas, and minor things (nothing major), needs new batteries, needs a new thermostat, has a water leak under the shower (outside), seam in roof needs to be re caulked (small leak on hard rains), front TV is missing(we took it out and used a flat screen, skylight over shower was broken and was just patched over, frig needs electrical to it worked on. (fridge has always worked good), mice have chewed a wire here and there and that"s the biggest problem. The top bathroom drawer is not missing just needs gluing back together. The exterior has discoloring as you can see.
Comes with nice sewer hose and hook up, big heavy duty power hook up, all the manuals and paperwork and anything else that I have for it is yours.
This is a fixer up as I have mentioned. It was barely used and mint when I bought it. It"s problems are from sitting up and not being used.
It will be up to you entirely to come pick it up or have it picked up. Tires are up so it can be towed. I will meet anybody, just about anytime to look at it, check it out, whatever you need. It"s just outside of Bells Texas on HWY 56. About 40 minutes North of Dallas Texas.
