Beautiful Pergo flooring. Stand up shower, Toilet, Kitchen sink, Two gas burner, Microwave oven. Seat"s behind the driver can be fold down for additional bed see pics, Tires with plenty off tread. The Generated has very low hours but doesn"t not start. I have never tried to use it and have not even changed spark plug, It turns over but doesn"t start. The hot water heater is brand new. All other mechanical is original and working to my knowledge.
Reason I"m selling this beautiful RV is because my HOA Home owner association don"t allow RV pack in the community,.I"ve been received many letter from HOA that said I have been violation community guideline and so this RV have to go.
