Selling my 2000 UD model# 2000 (YEAR 2000) 6.9L 6 cyl diesel 195k miles 6 speed manual tranny fuel sipper. better MPG then all the newer trucks. Jerr-Dan 19.5" long Wide Model Aluminum Bed, No Head-ache rack, Crew Cab long bed trucks fit. . no problem.
I bought/built this truck for my ebay business, and don"t need it anymore. The truck has been gone through from top to bottom. List of everything done at 191k when I bought it is below. Comes with 8 way tie down strap setup and bridal chain. so you can strap on your car, and drive home.
Truck runs perfect, drives perfect, works perfect. ABS Brakes work perfect, stops on a dime loaded, NO LIGHTS ON DASH, NO RUST, NO SMOKE, NO EMISSIONS JUNK,NO SQUEAKS, NO RATTLES, NO BANGING. The Winch motor leaks a little hydraulic fluid when in use, not squirting, but it will leave 3-4 drops on a normal recovery winch up.
List of everything done/replaced when I bought it at 191k miles:
6 New Sumitomo Tires with balancing beads (no shakes or vibrations on interstate) Tires Weight rated for 27,770lbs
Seats re-done
All Hydraulic cylinder seals replaced except the wheel lift slide out ram (full rebuilds, not just the seal on ram)
Winch hydraulic motor seals replaced, and Winch seals replaced, gear oil changed, new free spool fork
All filters,fuel filter,water separator,fluids(tranny,steering,rear-end) changed,greased with top of the line lubes.
All 8 wheel/brake cylinders honed and re-built, all new brake shoes,NEW OEM treadle valve (foot brake valve)
All Wheel bearings de-greased inspected and repacked installed with 8lbs of Kendall Blue, and all wheel seals replaced.
New driver door seal,column boot,AC blower Switch,Shifter boot,blower motor,AC condenser fan
Power Window,Power Locks,Power Heated Mirrors Single Arm new style,alarm
All damaged CAM-Locks cut off,new welded on
New Wheel lift Pin and Bushing,poly-carbonate washers,slide pads
High Pressure Fuel Pump sent out and complete rebuild performed (Had minor problem, and I said just do entire pump while it"s there) Roy"s Diesel in Jacksonville performed the work.
New shocks,bed control plates,control knobs, wheel lift hydraulic hoses (4),Wheel Lift Tilt Ram tilt pin.
New engine water pump (OEM not china white box),belt, brake stop switch (has 2 but one is for back up).
All new LED lights, underlights, in tool box lights,dash,cab lights, all professionally clear coat tinted/blacked out.
Custom front steel bumper built.
New paint,Admiral Blue/base/clear coat, new Ceramic/Metallic hybrid tint. . the good stuff.
Back up camera, flip out Navi-Bluetooth screen,pioneer speakers. . Radio reception does suck. . it"s a Pyle!
I am sure I missed/forgot some things.
