Vehicle description
2000 Tiffin Allegro Bus dual Slide Class A Diesel RV Project, rear bedroom burn.
8.3 ISC Cummins engine, 6 speed Allison transmission, sounds solid, runs and drives great. New chassis batteries with warranty. Tires are in very good condition.
No burn throughs. Rear bedroom only, the rest will clean. See pics. The rear bedroom requires a total gutting, except for the bed support and floor, one of the pics shows the felt under the mattress deck.
The white styrofoam insulation melts/burns very easily, so it didn"t get as hot as it may look. Note the sheets on the bed.
There are 4 windows broken, 2 from the fire in back, and 2 by the firemen. The 2 smaller ones can be bought on for $100 each, the larger ones it"s easier to get them fixed at a glass shop, around $150 each.
It has a mild smoke smell. Most of that goes away when the soot is cleaned off. In the bedroom, there is neutralizing spray available. Also, an ozone generator kills the smell.
I estimate under $1500 in parts.
Does not include generator.
