Thanks for looking, What I have here is a 2000 Thor Aerolite 1/2ton towable camper that I bought from a local insurance broker. The trailer was totaled because the owner tried to install a vent in the roof over the slide out, no big deal right?, well in doing this he cut threw one of the main supports to the roof ac unit causing the roof to bow and puddle water in front of ac unit until it got into the camper threw the ac unit. And to top it off he installed the vent facing the wrong way. There are some 3/8" holes in the wall that he had drilled to hang a tv bracket from that I am keeping, holes will need to be plugged, 3/8" stainless bolts would do it nicely. When I got it four years ago, I took out the dinning both cause it just took up to much space that I use to install a small pellet stove(not included). I also removed the couch from the slide out to install a small washer and dryer(not included) This was done because I used this when I worked construction and was on the road, now retired. I took out anything that got water damaged witch surprisingly wasn"t that much, just the celling fabric and flooring, the celling needs to be finished, I put laminate hardwood flooring in, there was no mold issue and running the pellet stove really died it out nicely. I did jack the roof back into shape and fixed the ac brace. because of the age the roof it should be coated. Has dual power refrigerator that works on ac power or propane, works great on both. The three burner stove, finance and ac unit, microwave range hood all work as should. Water heater has had a ac power conversion done to it and works on both ac power or propane. All plumbing works as it should along with the holding tanks and the 12volt fresh water holding tank pressure pump 12volt systems work along with the voltage inverter. awning is all there but the tarp is getting bad, starting to delaminate. This thing tows great I had it on many roads with a 1/2ton truck and it towed very nice electric brakes work as should, I"m including with sale anti sway bars and receiver with 2" ball, four leveling jacks and two camping world wheel chucks. Needs two 20lbs propane bottles With some tlc this will make someone a nice weekend get away unit for very little cost. Needs a good cleaning inside and out let a friend from work use it last summer as I was working close to home and he must not of cleaned up after himself ever, I just don"t have time to deal with it Terms of sale, Ask that you make a 25% deposit threw pay pal within three days of sale ending.
