This trailer has some age as seen in the pictures. However it has most of the features of the new ones and everything on it is in working condition. It is upgraded with quick-response hydraulic jack. Also includes original equipment Onan generator. Has a full shower with new fixtures. Also replaced the toilet, solar charging panel and inverter. New manual awning installed in 2017. We used this trailer for transporting my daughter"s pigs to shows and staying in it during the show. It has some custom pens that can go with it if someone wanted them. The first horse panel is a full length stud wall. The stall flooring is aluminum with 3/4 inch rubber mat on top. The tires are approximately 2 years old with about 1500 miles on them. In addition to the two regular propane bottles for heating and refrigeration, there are two 80-gallon bottles on board to fuel the generator. This is a 2000 unit with no warranty or guarantee. It has obvious nicks and scratches. Also, the roof has some hail dents. It has been a great show trailer for us for about 4 years. Very comfortable and functional. Sundowner makes a good product. Am willing to transport up to 100 miles. The reserve is well below NADA book value.
