This RV has been setting for three years. Just recently has been moved to storage. Everything was working on RV"s last trip.
Things that need to be replaced. Two exhaust fans in bathroom need to be replaced. I"ve ordered them just need installed. Flooring will need replaced. The outside needs to be washed and possibilities waxed. RV has normal wear and tear of a 18 year old unit.
