The pictures in the magazine do not represent what it looks like now. It has new wood floors, no couches,or original older model TV. But It does have new smart flat screen in the bedroom. I am selling so cheap because it does need some work on the interior. Motor is a NEW Detroit 8V92 with a Turbo. Automatic transmission, power steering. Bus runs fantastic, motor fires right up, great compression! 10KW Onan Generator, Bus needs new tires ($2,500) If you put about 7K into it, you will have a new bus again.We need a horse trailer with sleeping quarters to haul our Longhorn Steer. If we don"t sell bus soon we will start losing money, therefore I am willing to sell now for $23,000.00. Clarification on year model : the bus was built in 1972, the owner after Continental Trailways, was in California. He remodeled the bus and put it on the road, a fire in the engine compartment didn"t do any damage to interior however but the insurance company paid to have entire bus restored, due to smoke damage and rewiring the bus. The owner stripped down to frame raised the roof six inches, installed a brand new 8V92 with a Turbo. Had he been in Texas he could have retitled the bus as a 2000. He didn"t but at the same time I didn"t want folks thinking this bus was an old worn out Eagle. It is almost brand new mechanically. If you enlarge the photos (24) you can read a 12 page article on the bus. It was featured in Bus Conversion Magazine and made the cover.
