Vehicle description

This is a 2000 Arctic Fox Truck Camper in fair condition for its age.
We purchased it a short while ago, but have realized it is just too small for me and two teen boys. It has a "three-way" refrigerator, rear awning, wet bath with shower, queen bed (with memory foam mattress), stove with oven, dinette, electric jacks (controller has some issues, but I have found a work-around) and all motors work - one seems to need a new small plastic gear, roof rack, and air conditioning and furnace. We just added solar panels, a 28" "smart TV, (2) Jerry can holders on rear bumper, and a high-lift jack with storage bracket. We also just replaced both deep-cycle batteries just a couple of weeks ago.
I do have a title and paperwork supplied by the previous owner (and will supply buyer), but my state does not require titling (because this is not a "vehicle."
The camper also comes with basic attachment hardware. All systems work, and we have just completed a couple of thousand miles of travel with this camper. Please contact me to see this camper, and please ask any questions before bidding. I am only in this area while we move into the larger trailer and to sell this truck camper. The successful bidder must pay within 5 days and either pickup the camper, or arrange longer storage witnesses facility for $50 per month (what I am paying.) the camper is 18 years old and sold "As Is - Where Is". Although the camper is fully functional, as with most older used campers, there are areas that could use attention. We have not noted any leaks or water intrusion since we have owned the camper.
We are only in the area for a short while, while we transition to our new larger travel trailer. Please come see the camper and first with money in hand gets it! It is off our truck and currently stored at an RV park. You can also arrange storage where it sits for $50 per month. A deposit of $1,000 is required within 24 hours of purchase. Please do not purchase / bid if you don"t intend to follow-through. Please come see the camper - contact me through to arrange a showing. I do have this camper listed locally and reserve the right to sell through the local ad - first come.
